I don’t imagine that former Dr Dombruffs of Personal Plastic Surgery Best Financing Clinic NYC will be reading this section as his chauffeur (nick named “Piggy”) has quit – again! “Any legal business” was the Dr’s waterloo when it was further noted that his chauffeur, a NYS federal licensed employee , was a “Legal Entity” at the time, but was not considered a “Legal” practitioner when he operated on Dr Dombruffs patients; consequently, Dr Dombruffs served only a few months of incarceration. The patients wounds were deemed “self inflicted’ mutilations as the patient’s signed Clinic’s Medical Contract clearly stated that Dr Dumbruffs, nor his Practice (or lack of its exorcizings), would not be held accountable for any malpractise.
